Businesses and self-managed super fund auditors will now be able to access the new service through their myGovID, with the ATO offering a range of new features on ‘Online services for business’.
The new platform is designed to allow business owners to:
- organise a payment plan for amounts owing up to $100,000
- obtain copies of income tax returns
- manage multiple ABNs with a single log in
- interact with the ATO using secure-mail
- save time when lodging your BAS
- view your Single Touch Payroll reports
- view statements of account and find your payment reference number (PRN)
Businesses will also be able to view and print tax returns and income tax history, manage their tax registration details and view Single Touch Payroll reports.
Accessing Online services for business
To access Online services for business you will need to sign in using myGovID. This is the same myGovID you used to log into the Business Portal.
If you’re new to online services, you will have to first set up your myGovID and then link it to your business in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
