Due to the high acceptance rate Holmans will be adding a second session on 17 August 2017 at 5:30pm at our Noosa Offices.

In 2017/2018 Holmans will be launching a series of sessions for Management Rights Operators with a focus on improving profitability and business value.

In our first session we will provide the tools you need to transition to a simpler Bundled Fee Arrangement.

With the impending changes to credit card fees coming into effect from September 2017 we see this as an opportune time to make the transition. If you have already bundled your charges, then we invite you to hear how best to present your financials to unlock maximum value for your business.

Holmans have worked with an increasing list of Resorts on the Sunshine Coast to bundle charges. In our session you hear their experiences.

The session will be capped at 20 guests so you will need to confirm your attendance immediately to guarantee a spot.

  3. What impact will Bundling have on the sale value of my Management Rights?
  4. What is the cost of NOT Bundling?
  5. How do I update my Agreements with owners?
  6. Tips and strategies to manage your unit owners

We will provide you with recent examples where the owners have appreciated the move to a bundled arrangement and the Management Rights Operators have increased the value of their management rights substantially in the process.
