Lel Parnis joined Holmans in October 2016 as a Senior Accountant and Team Manager, moving quickly to Partnership at Holmans in November of 2019.

Lel started her career in public practice accounting in Queensland, relocating to London in 2013 where she gained valuable experience within internal finance teams in businesses across various industries.

Fastidious in her approach to accountancy, Lel is highly regarded amongst clients and the Holmans team.

With a proud Scottish heritage, Lel provides Holmans with continued dedication to perfection.

Throughout his 20 year career as a Chartered Accountant, Tony has specialised in providing Accounting and Taxation services to the Accommodation Industry.

Holmans Accommodation Team currently provides professional services in excess of 300 Hotels, Motels and serviced apartment properties throughout Australia.

Tony is particularly passionate about advising new entrants in the Accommodation Industry, providing business structuring, due diligence and related advice to assist clients in the acquisition and operation of their Accommodation business.

Tony’s knowledge and expertise in the Accommodation Sector is highly regarded by financial institutions, legal advisors, sales brokers, valuers and associated industry specialists.

Wayne is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with more than 18 years experience in the accounting profession, including 2.5 years for one of the largest accounting firms in Australia.

Since returning to the Sunshine Coast over 15 years ago Wayne has provided his expertise to a large number of small and medium enterprises, primary producers and high net worth individuals. In addition to specialising in business structures and tax planning advice, Wayne also heads our specialist divsions, medical and health practitioners and sports professionals and has considerable experience in risk management and business development advice. Wayne also sits on the board of some local organisations / associations.

In his spare time he likes to spend valuable time with his family and getting stuck in sports including golf, fishing and soccer.

Sharee Webster BComm (UQ), CA, CTA, RTA, Dip FP

Sharee Webster joined Holmans in April 2007. Sharee manages the Holmans Maroochydore office, which was opened in April 2008. Sharee is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, a Chartered Tax Adviser from the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Registered Tax Agent. In July 2016, Sharee obtained her Diploma of Financial Planning, allowing her to be a licensed Financial Adviser.

Prior to joining Holmans, Sharee was based in Sydney for almost 20 years. During this time, Sharee was a partner in a chartered accounting practice, as well as holding the position of senior manager in both small to mid-tier accountancy firms. In these roles, Sharee provided strategic advice and specialised business solutions to suit the tax and accounting needs of a wide variety of privately owned businesses.

At Holmans, Sharee specialises in business structures, taxation advice, superannuation and in particular Self Managed Super Funds (SMSFs). She has extensive experience in providing strategic tax advice to private clients, owner-operated family businesses and large corporate entities.

Sharee is passionate about being part of the Sunshine Coast Community and about giving back to the community.

In June 2017, Sharee was appointed to the Board of Be (formerly Comlink) Ltd, a large Not for Profit whose main office is located on the Sunshine Coast. Be provides Transport, Home Care and Community services across Queensland. She loves being involved with this organisation – whose goal is for all people to age well.

She was the Treasurer of the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network for 6 years stepping down in early 2018. As a Buderim local, she was on the Board of Directors of the Buderim Community Enterprises Limited, trading as the Buderim Community Bank® Branch of Bendigo Bank for six years stepping down from that role in 2018 too.
