What’s the Role?

As our new Senior Administrator / Client Service Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role supporting one of our partners and their team of three accountants. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly — from client onboarding to workflow coordination, to travel arrangements, ATO liaison, and beyond.

This is not your average admin job — you’ll be hands-on with everything from quoting and legal structure setups to working closely with clients, agents, solicitors and brokers.
